Beginning June 2nd, 2008, the NCREIF Property Index Total Return Swaps will switch from a quarterly payment schedule to an annual payment schedule. All contracts will be payable at the end of the 4th Quarter. Also beginning on June 2nd, Markit will now be providing composite Mid Fix Rates on two new TRS indices: The NCREIF National 4Y and the NCREIF National 5Y

Markit will act as the calculation agent for Total Return Swaps on select NCREIF Property Indices beginning on January 2nd, 2008. Closing levels will be published by 4:30 PM for every business day.
